Writing an Argument Essay
- Overview/Instruction Page: When you argue in an essay, you present your viewpoint and the support for your viewpoint. You also must allow for the opposite viewpoint (counterargument) to be heard. Then you will present facts to refute (prove wrong) for the opposite viewpoint.
